Concerning George
A series of stories concerning George Brown. George is conventional in most respects, commutes into a city where he works in an office and is involved with building contracts.
He has a wife Muriel, who (sometimes) works part-time as a medical receptionist and also helps in a charity shop.
They have a married daughter, living locally, who has two small daughters, (adored by George).
Oh, and they have a large Persian cat called Fluffy, who has a superior attitude to everything and everybody, except George, whom he adores.
